E-commerce & Order Fulfillment Coordinator
🎯 Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer orders received via the website and WhatsApp.
Coordinate order shipping with delivery companies to ensure timely dispatch.
Request and collect ordered items from branches as needed.
Track and update product availability on the website.
Compare online inventory with actual stock in all 10 branches to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Requirements:
Female university graduate.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online sales.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be fully available for full-time work and able to work as part of a team.
🕘 Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Full-time, on-site at our head office.
